Premier Roof Replacements in Mesa, AZ

Last winter I was bailing water because my roof leaked so badly. Thankfully Roof Tec Exterior Solutions installed my new roof a few weeks ago, Chris, Conrad, and crew were simply outstanding. They did a fantastic job remediating the termite damage and replacing the roof. The new roof looks and works great! The team was efficient, respectful, and friendly, and the price was competitive. They provided plenty of manpower all the way through and finished the job ahead of schedule, which is unusual these days. Moreover, they are one of the few roofers who also paints, so I did not have to worry about coordinating separate vendors. Chris is fastidious, ethical, and completely honest. He wouldn't even take my deposit check until he was sure he could pull a permit and give me a start date. Unfortunately, many contractors seem to be in the business of banking deposits rather than working. When you ask for a schedule, they panic. One roofer, who bid the job, actually told me that I was the only person who ever asked for a schedule in the thirty years he had been in business. When I told him that if he can't give me dates, I can't write him a check, Chris the owner is not one of these guys. They say what they do, and they do what they say. They have my highest recommendation.
